  • Detailed Description: Ear discomfort can be deeply disruptive. We review your symptom history virtually to determine the best path to relief.
  • Symptoms Evaluated: Localized ear pain and mild pressure sensations.
  • Severe Exclusions (Go to ER): Bloody ear discharge, sudden hearing loss, or severe dizziness/fainting.

Important Care Guidelines for Your Visit

  • Age Requirements: We treat adults aged 18 and older, and children aged 2 years and older (Note: Eye treatments are strictly for ages 3 and older ).
  • Flat-Rate Pricing: Every telehealth visit requires a transparent, non-refundable flat fee of $80.00 paid securely via Square or credit card. We are a self-pay only service and do not accept or process insurance.
  • No-Guarantees Policy: While our board-certified specialist provides expert care, we do not provide a 100% guarantee of a cure, a guarantee that a prescription will be filled, or a guarantee that a work/school excuse note will be issued.
  • Prescription & Refill Limits: We only prescribe or refill selected non-controlled medications when medically appropriate, and you must have no allergies to the medication. If you are requesting a refill, you must upload a photo of your previous prescription during intake. We do not prescribe or refill narcotics or controlled substances (such as Xanax, Norco, Vicodin, Ativan, or Tramadol) under any circumstances.
  • Work or School Excuse Notes: If medically necessary, excuse notes can be provided for a maximum of 3 days. We do not sign official disability paperwork or provide medical clearance for conditions treated by outside providers.

WHEN TO SEEK IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY CARE

Online urgent care is not a replacement for emergency services. If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, severe headache, limb weakness, severe abdominal pain, psychiatric crises, fainting spells, or a fever in an infant under 3 months old, do not book an appointment. Call 911 or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room.

You will then be securely redirected to the SimplePractice Client Portal to select your exact time slot and complete your intake forms. If you pay but do not schedule your slot, you must request a refund within 24 hours.
