  • Detailed Description: Sudden skin changes can be uncomfortable and alarming. Our board-certified emergency specialist evaluates skin issues remotely to identify the cause and provide targeted relief.
  • Prescription Policy: As-needed non-controlled creams or oral medications.
  • Severe Exclusions (Go to ER): Swollen lips, swollen tongue, or any associated respiratory/breathing difficulties.

Important Care Guidelines for Your Visit

  • Age Requirements: We treat adults 18 years and older and children 2 years and older. Eye treatments are available only for patients aged 3 years and older.
  • Flat-Rate Pricing: Every telehealth visit requires a non-refundable flat fee of $80.00, payable securely via Square or credit card. We are a self-pay only service and do not accept or process insurance.
  • No-Guarantees Policy: Our board-certified specialist provides expert medical care, but we cannot guarantee a cure, that a prescription will be filled, or that a work/school excuse note will be issued.
  • Prescription & Refill Limits: We prescribe or refill selected non-controlled medications only when medically appropriate, and only if you have no allergies to the medication. Refill requests require you to upload a photo of your previous prescription during intake. We do not prescribe or refill narcotics or controlled substances (including Xanax, Norco, Vicodin, Ativan, or Tramadol) under any circumstances.
  • Work or School Excuse Notes: If medically necessary, excuse notes may be provided for up to 3 days. We do not complete disability paperwork or provide medical clearance for conditions managed by outside providers.

WHEN TO SEEK IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY CARE

Online urgent care is not a replacement for emergency services. If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, severe headache, limb weakness, severe abdominal pain, psychiatric crises, fainting spells, or a fever in an infant under 3 months old, do not book an appointment. Call 911 or proceed immediately to the nearest emergency room.

If you pay but do not schedule your slot, you must request a refund within 24 hours.
